I am excited to announce the creation of a game that puts the fun into fruits and vegetables! The idea was born as I looked for ways to improve my kids' consumption of produce. Plenty of good information targeting parents was available. However, not much existed focusing on teaching children the benefits and origins of fruits and veggies and empowering them to make good choices using a method that is both positive and fun. So, an idea took hold of me. I wanted to provide easy-to-use tools for parents who care about teaching children the benefits of eating foods that have an abundance of amazing body building and healing nutrients.

So, my family and I are proud to introduce Freggie Kidz! An educational kit/game, Freggie Kidz is made up of activities that are designed to pique a child's interest and stir up some excitement about eating "freggies." Each game kit will have information and instructions along with a set of activities for one child. Extra activities are available for purchase for each additonal child in the family. Parents can even play along as well! The game is geared toward children ages 3-8. However, the information and healthy benefits apply to all of us and are valuable throughout our lives!
